1. Acceptance

By using Keepio you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

2. What Keepio does

Keepio is a personal finance tool. It analyses your spending and suggests ways to save money. It connects to your bank account on a read-only basis through a regulated open banking provider.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Keepio offers a free tier and paid tiers (Premium, Premium+). Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can cancel anytime through your app store account. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Refunds are handled according to Apple and Google policies.

6. Accuracy

We work to keep transaction categorisation and savings estimates accurate, but we cannot guarantee they are error-free. Always verify before acting on a recommendation.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will always be available or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, Keepio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for financial decisions you make based on the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
